How it works:

Step 1:

• Meeting the client and builder to review the project budget, floorplan, design vision, and timeline.

Step 2:

• Selections begin with the shopping and quoting process.

• Manage the design budgets.

Step 3:

• Once selections made, builder and client receive all selection tear sheets, specs, and relevant field information.

Step 4:

• Order and track all materials to have them at the job site on time.

Step 5:

• Meet with clients and superintendents at appropriate times in the build process to confirm design intent, and placement decisions (Tile lay patterns, trim out, etc.)
